If you are unhappy with your purchase please request an exchange/refund within 3 days of receiving your order by emailing email@example.com; please include your reasons for the return. Any requests submitted after 3 days will not be eligible for exchange/refund.
To be eligible for a refund/exchange, your item(s) must be returned to us in an unused condition and in its original packaging. Any items that have been opened and/or used are not be eligible for a refund/exchange. Please note, you will be responsible for the delivery costs of returning your item.
To complete your return, we will also require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the outcome of your request.
If your request does not meet our exchange/refund policy, we will email you to discuss your available options.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
For credit card refunds, please allow for 21 working days for your payment to be credited. If you haven’t received a refund within the stated timeframe please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We are happy to exchange your item(s) with other products of your choice, subject to availability. Please contact us to coordinate this.
Please note delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of delivery will be deducted from your refund. If you request an exchange, you will be liable to pay the new delivery charges.
